downloadThe USAID Regional Economic Growth (REG) project has the pleasure to invite you to the Regional Workshop "Introduction to Angel Investment", organized in cooperation with partners from Serbia – Impact Hub Belgrade (Candidate), Serbian Venture Network, SEE ICT, Serbian Business Angle Network, Serbia ICT Network / Centre of Innovation Excellence, Vojvodina ICT Cluster, Nis NiCAT Cluster, Nis Center of Excellence and Innovation and StartLabs.

The Workshop will take place on February 25th, 2014, in Belgrade, Hotel Metropol. (Location here).

Keynote speaker will be David Beatty, Angel investor and Managing Director of Golden Seeds, who will share his entrepreneurial experience and talk about the technical aspects of the Angel investment process and how we can establish, enhance and professionalize the process and support networks.

The workshop is specifically targeting current and potential Angel investors and Angel networks, so we encourage you to forward this invitation to targeted people, as well as yourselves. Of course, we are targeting support organizations (accelerators, centers of innovation / incubation / excellence / entrepreneurship, clusters, associations) and there will be a specific targeted session for those, as you can see in the agenda (attached). We are inviting participants from Serbia, as well as from the whole South East Europe Region, and we hope to have a very dynamic, interactive, and productive workshop.

Before the workshop, we would like to invite you to a networking reception, on February 24th (we will confirm the location as you register) that will be organized in cooperation with the Impact
Hub and sponsored by the Serbian Venture Network.

The Workshop is free of charge. If you would like to attend, please, register at

In addition to the above, if you’re interested in a start-up workshop, our colleagues from the Impact HUB Belgrade Candidate, in cooperation with the Vienna Investment Ready Program, are holding a “Warm-up Workshop” on February 24, and you can find more information here -
